Sheet Sales: 
All prices quoted are for individual sheets & are exclusive of GST.
Sheets of the same size may be combined for the quantity discount price.
NB: Some sheets ordered with adhesive cannot be returned for credit. If in doubt please check with sales staff before ordering.

Colours: 
Colours shown on this website are to be used as a guide only.

Terms: 
Strictly net 30 days from end of month.
Discounts do not apply to accounts overdue.
Accounts with a balance overdue will revert to C.O.D. until proper credit is re-established.
Any account that remains inactive for a period of 90 days will revert to C.O.D.
Discounts apply only to standard packs. A charge per item is applied for broken packs.
A minimum $3.00 packing/insurance fee per parcel applies to all orders.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Tax: 
Prices quoted are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Tax will be added at the appropriate rate.

Freight:
Freight charges will be added to invoice. Please advise shipping method, otherwise all orders will be shipped by the most appropriate method.
Packaging/Insurance fee applies to all orders – a minimum of $3.00 per parcel.
GST will be added at the appropriate rate.
Please advise if the parcel is OK to leave.
Redelivery fees or extra charges by couriers will be the responsibility of the customer.
Claims: 
Claims must be forwarded within 10 days of receipt of goods.
No goods accepted for return after 30 days.
For goods incorrectly ordered, a minimum handling fee of $10.00 will be applied to goods being returned for credit, at the discretion of O’Brien Engineering.
Please note that some sheets ordered with adhesive cannot be returned for credit. If in doubt please contact our staff before ordering.
All orders require written confirmation. Special cut plates cannot be credited if ordered incorrectly.
Please provide invoice numbers if a credit is sought.
Prior to goods being returned, arrangements are to be made with O’Brien Engineering.
Any claims for damaged or missing cartons, packages etc. must be filed immediately with the Delivery Agent.
We are not responsible for freight that is delayed.
If orders are to be repeated, special cut plates will not be accepted for return or refund.

Small Order Charge: 
The minimum order value is $30.00 excluding freight, handing, packaging fee & GST.
Orders with a value of less than $30.00 will incur a small order charge of $5.00

Accounts:
International customers must pay for any bank charges. Preferred method of payment is by credit card.
Initial Accounts – goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment.
Payment is available by cheque, direct deposit, Visa & MasterCard.
Appropriate fee will be charged for returned cheques.
