Terms and Conditions Colours: Colours shown in this website are to be used as a guide only. Terms: Strictly net 30 days from end of month. Accounts with a balance overdue will revert to C.O.D. until proper credit is re established. Discounts apply only to standard packs. A charge per item is applied for broken packs. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Tax: Prices quoted are exclusive of GST - Goods and Services Tax. Tax will be added at the appropriate rate. Freight: Freight charges will be added to invoice. Please advise shipping method otherwise all orders will be shipped by the most appropriate rate. We are not responsible for freight that is delayed. If orders are to be replaced, special cut plates will not be accepted for return or refund. Claims: Claims must be forwarded within 10 days of receipt of goods. No goods accepted for return after 30 days. For goods incorrectly ordered, a minimum handling fee of $10.00 will be applied to goods being returned for credit, at the discretion of O'Brien Engineering. All special cut plates require written confirmation and cannot be credited if ordered incorrectly. Please provide invoice numbers if a credit is sought. Prior to goods being returned, arrangements are to be made with O'Brien Engineering. Any claims for damaged or missing cartons, packages etc. must be filed immediately with the Delivery Agent. Small Order Charge: The minimum order charge is $30.00 excluding freight and GST. Order with a value of less than $30.00 will incur a small order charge of $5.00. Accounts: Initial Accounts - goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment. Payment is available by Cheque, Direct Debit, Visa, Bankcard, and Mastercard.
